HOW TO TRAVEL
The Krško region is easily accessible. Modern tourists mainly travel with their own cars. From the western part of Slovenia the quickest way is with the Ljubljana - Zagreb motorway. At Drnovo there is an exit for Krško. From the direction of Maribor you can drive on the ‘Obsavska’ road, with an exit for Brestanica and Senovo just before Krško. From there, the road travels to Kozjansko towards Celje, Ptuj, Maribor and again to Krško in the opposite direction.
For those who prefer the more comfortable travel by train, we have got three railway stations: Brestanica, Krško and Libna, where trains come from Maribor, Ljubljana and Zagreb during the day.
There are relatively nearby airports in Zagreb and Ljubljana.
