Operating conditions

Bookings and payments for holiday, normaly 7 days or more

By making a booking you confirm that you have read the operation conditions and the instructions and you agree with them.

Your booking becomes valid when you receive a conformation of payment, that includes accommodation information, a voucher and itinerary. The invoice shall also contain a service fee for the booking (check-in/check-out, guidance to the premises and key collection, tourist information about the Posavje region and Slovenia) and a 22% value added tax (VAT) totalling 20 EUR. If holidays are booked in advance, a 30% advance payment of the entire amount is required when booking. If you confirm a booking less than six (6) weeks before the accommodation starting date, an advance payment of the entire amount is required. In case you do not pay the remaining amount, this shall not count as booking cancellation, as this has to be always made in writing. If we do not receive the relative payment of the remaining amount on our account by the set date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. You can make a booking via our home page or request an offer and a prepayment invoice and decide to pay to the bank account of TVZ, z.o.o.


Online bookings

At booking you can choose an accommodation, tour, package, event and what is offered in the option. For online payment you will need a valid credit card.

For short stay (up to three days) you only make resevation on www.tvz.si and will pay on side.

Otherwise make a payment:
• advance payment (30%) on accommodation (package, event), and tourist tax, if there is more than 6 weeks to check in date
• if there is less than 6 weeks to the check in date, you must pay the entire booking amount.
After the payment is made the registration system will send a booking confirmation to the e-mail you entered during registration. It is your responsibility to print the booking confirmation and pages with the itinerary details, voucher, key collection information and booking conditions. TVZ, z.o.o. will not send (via ordinary mail) any invoices or conformations or information about bookings and payment made online. If after you made the payment you do not receive a booking confirmation, the booking is not valid. Money transfer from your account to our bank is made by a secured banking system, for this reason the organization TVZ, z.o.o. is not liable for any payment problems. In case of payment problems immediately contact TVZ, z.o.o., however, TVZ, z.o.o. cannot guarantee anymore that the chosen accommodation is still available. If the accommodation is not available anymore, we shall refund you the entire paid amount and offer an alternative accommodation.

By ordering a booking you confirm that you have read the booking conditions and the instructions and you agree with them. Contact TVZ (info@tvz.si) at least two working days before arrival to arrange the collection of keys. Contact information is in the description.

Booking cancellation

If you wish to cancel your booking, you ALWAYS have to do it on your account on www.tvz.si or written form, addressing it to the organization TVZ z.o.o.
a.) If you book an accommodation minimum 6 weeks   before arrival, you have the right to cancel your booking:
1.   28 days before arrival, we shall refund the paid amount deducting for first day accomodation.
2. less than 28 days before arrival, we shall charge you the entire booking amount.
b.) If you book an accommodation minimum 14 and maximum 27 days before arrival, you have the right to cancel your booking:
1.   7 days before the date of arrival, refunding the entire paid amount and deducting for first day accomodation.
2.  less than 7  days before arrival, we shall charge you the entire booking amount.
c.) If you book an accommodation 7 days up to 13 days before arrival, you have the right to cancel your booking:
1.    2 days before the date of arrival. We will refund you the paid amount, deducting for a first day of accomodation.
2.   less than 2  days before arrival, we shall charge you the entire booking amount.
d.)  If you book a maximum 7 days before arrival, and cancel it,  we shall charge you the entire booking amount.

Booking cancellation becomes effective on the date of receipt of your written statement or cancelation made on your account on www.tvz.si. If you sent a written booking cancellation to the right address before expiry of the set period, we will accept the booking cancellation despite the late receipt. If the reason for booking cancellation is an unexpected illness, injury or death of a relative or someone from your group, we shall deduct from the returned amount 30% of advanced payment and a service fee for the cancellation (32 EUR). In this case you will be asked to submit a suitable certificate, e.g. medical certificate, within 14 days. If you wish to change your booking, we will consider it as cancellation of the current booking, and the new entry will count as an entirely new booking.


Right to cancel a booking by TVZ z.o.o.

TVZ z.o.o. reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of force majeure or any other circumstances beyond the control of TVZ, e.g. damage to the accommodation premises due to fire or flood. In this case we will immediately inform you about the cancellation and refund the entire paid amount. TVZ, z.o.o. reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of late payment.


Key collection

You can collect the keys of your holiday accommodation on the day of your arrival between 2PM and 6PM. Contact us by phone or e-mail at least two working days before arrival to arrange the collection of keys. The contact information of the attendant is in the description on resevation conformation. The person that hands you the keys may charge you the costs of issue of a duplicate key, if necessary (even for door locks).


Arrival/departure, lodging in the “zidanica”, apartment

You can use the booked accommodation from 2PM on the day of arrival do 11AM on the day of departure. The rent for the accommodation includes at least a bed, kitchen utilities and kitchenware, heating fuel, energy for lighting and cooking and other items listed in the accommodation description when making a booking. Beddings and towels, unless stated otherwise when booking, are also available. Use of sleeping bags on beds is not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in all accommodation premises! If found out that one of the guests smoked in the premises, we will charge you the cleaning costs. Each guest is individually responsible for the cleanliness of the premises. If after the end of stay the attendant finds out that the state of the premises is not adequate, the guest may be charged 50 EUR for additional cleaning.


Damage

Should there be any damage to the furnishings by your fault, contact the owner, his/her representative or attendant who will make an estimate of the damage. In case of any damage to the accommodation premises or movable furniture in the apartment the guest has to refund the owner all the repair costs.


Termination of the rental agreement due to disruptive or dangerous conditions or behaviour

If the tenant disturbs in any way or puts in danger his/her neighbours and does not cease with such behaviour, the owner of the accommodation or his/her representative has the right to terminate the rental agreement. In this case all the expenses will be paid by the tenant.


Number of persons

The number of persons staying in the apartment must not exceed the number indicated in the booking. Setting up tents or trailers for camping is prohibited without prior consent.  Pets are allowed only in some vineyard cottages. If you wish to bring along a pet, inform us before booking. Each guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Payment method
Payment is possible with credit or payment card, bank transfer or cash (at the reception).


Tourist tax

When paying for the accommodation the guest must pay a suitable tourist tax.
The tourist tax is charged according to the accommodation location. Children from 7 to 18 years are entitled to a 50% discount, children up to 7 years are exempt from tax payment.


Luggage

TVZ, z.o.o is not liable for any damage, destruction or loss of luggage, nor for luggage or valuables in rented facilities. If you lose your luggage or it is stolen, you can contact the accommodation provider or host or police station.


Complaints

In case of complaints regarding the booking or state of the accommodation you have to immediately inform the owner of the “zidanica” or organization TVZ, z.o.o. which will provide a suitable solution. The amount of the estimated damage is limited with the already paid amount. If TVZ, z.o.o. is responsible for the damage due to non-fulfilment of the programme or service, you have the right to a refund of the real value of the service not performed. If the problem is not successfully solved, you have to complain in writing within one week after the end of stay to the organization TVZ, z.o.o., which will be processed within 30 days.

TVZ, z.o.o is not liable for any damage or costs arising from force majeure, bugs, animals or unexpected weather changes.

TVZ, z.o.o. is not liable for mistakes or changes in the printed catalogue. We reserve the right to change the prices.

TVZ, z.o.o. reserves the right to change the mistakes in prices before concluding the agreement. VAT is charged in accordance with the applicable legislation.
